Wayne Duncan is the Deputy Principal at Northern Southland College. He believes the Ministry's plans for improved connectivity and cloud computing will provide small rural schools with exciting opportunities such as improved access to online resources, administrative efficiencies and passing technology maintenance over to off-site providers.
