Jo Wilson: Leading school-wide professional learning and development

In this talk from ULearn11 Jo Wilson, Project leader for blended eLearning at CORE Education, discusses school wide professional learning. Jo states it is key to know all the people in your learning community and the wider community, keep up to date with current research, and bring that all back into your particular school context. She provides the challenge that the professional learning should be owned by the people you want to empower the most and therefore teachers need to have input and ownership of the process so they can directly impact the learning and achievement of students.
